Job Description

Real interface between the Marketing / Pre-Sales / Services / R&D teams on the one hand and the customers / prospects / partners on the other hand, your missions will be multiple:

Your role will consist of:

• supportedr our sales and marketing team in promoting and developing sales of our CAD/PDM software to brands, factories, etc.

​

Tasks : 

• Participate in the definition of new 3D functionalities

• Participate in internal validations of 3D products / new features / new applications / new uses

• Participate in the creation of training materials for customers, trainers and distributors.

• Prepare and carry out presentations, technical demonstrations on CAD products and solutions with prospects.  Propose new ideas for presentation or customer approach

• Understand the needs, develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and prospects; collect customer feedback on the use of Romans CAD 3D

• Promote the latest developments of our software to customers in order to upgrade their installed base and their training

• Accompany sales representatives or R&D engineers during prospect and customer visits

• Carry out a report of the actions carried out, feed and update the CRM

• Participate in trade shows, support marketing and the sales force during presentations

Profile :

Higher education with a strong design/computer dominance

Knowledge of fashion professions appreciated
Strong sketch communication skills, knowledge of 3D modeling software (Rhino, Keyshot, Adobe CC Suite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Marketing and sales knowledge
Professional experience of 5 to 10  years in the 3D industry
Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to develop relationships of trust with your professional contacts as well as your colleagues in Marketing/Commercial and R&D.
Organized, methodical, rigorous.
Position with an international dimension, fluency in written and spoken English is essential, other languages will be a plus.

Full-time, permanent, based in Rungis, to be filled as soon as possible
