Job Description
Heavily involved in management and organization of the entire company, in addition to assisting management, the tasks of our assistance are of a very wide variety making the position very rewarding as well:


You will be in daily contactn with our customers and our global network of distributors and partners.

You will manage relations with our suppliers and external service providers.

You will be the financial and accounting interlocutor of the company.

You will be in charge of human relations with all the staff in connection with the Management.

To integrate our company on a human scale, very efficient and recognized in its sector of activity, you are a person of trust and you have:

  • a solid experience of more than 20 years in the function

  • mastery of the Windows office package

  • an accounting knowledge base

  • listening and team spirit with a strong sense of discretion and secrecy

  • autonomy and a sense of priorities in the management of your tasks,

  • excellent customer relations

  • a very good level of written and oral knowledge and practice of English and Spanish, or another foreign language (the company does 2/3 of its business internationally)

What we expect 

As part of her duties, our assistant will have to carry out a wide variety of work and tasks, in particular and without the details below being exhaustive:

  • Establishment of product and service offers, maintenance contractsance in conjunction with the Management and the Marketing department

  • Management of the order portfolio, verification, implementation, delivery in connection if necessary with the technical and support teams, invoicing, monitoring of customer payments and follow-up

  • Holding monthly turnover 

  • Follow-up and renewal of customer, prospect and partner licenses (license activation) 

  • Relations with all suppliers, control and payment of their invoices  

  • Relations with banks and management of company bank accounts

  • Management and follow-up of France/Export customer maintenance contracts, reminders

  • Maintaining the switchboard

  • Record accounting in company software, 

  • Participation in the establishment of monthly accounting situations and annual balance sheets,

  • Participation in the audit of the accounts by the auditors, organization of general meetings and other events in the social life of the company 

  • Electronic declarations and payment of monthly VAT, as well as all taxes and duties (in connection with the external accountant firm)

  • Monthly VAT online declarations CEE 

  • Staff management: employment contracts, payroll, annual leave, work stoppages, restaurant tickets, training, elections of CSE members, 

  • Control, management and payment of staff costs

  • Control and payment of wages (transfers)

  • Follow-up of training provided by the company to its customers - the company is a Qualiopi certified training organization (monitoring of certification, renewal)
